Rodney Eldridge attended college at Columbia University Chicago. In 2015, he formed the band MILLENIAL, which released their debut single “Paralyzed”. His band was singled out as a SXSW (South by Southwest) Artist to Watch.
Rodney started working in the film industry at 18 and he has associate produced movies Several feature films through his affiliation with INSP Network as well as ReelWorks Studios.

Roland Eldridge
Roland began work in the entertainment industry as an actor and script consultant, and was an award-winning stage actor at age 18. After obtaining degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Calvin University, he worked for Accenture consulting, and then North Highland Worldwide beginning in 2015. He now has over 9 years of experience in management consulting, advising Fortune 100 companies on operational strategy, risk, and customer experience.
Roland continues to develop and support film and television projects through screenwriting, creative consulting, and partnership development, as well as operational risk oversight.
Roland also serves on the board of directors for Camp Lurecrest Ministries. He resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three children.

Randall T. Eldridge is a voice actor and screenwriter with over 10 years of entertainment industry experience. He joined Reelworks in 2018 to support the writing and development of The Mulligan (2021), adapted from Ken Blanchard and Wally Armstrong’s best-selling book.
Randall is also a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He resides in Hickory, NC where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
